Another interesting walk

Really nice day outside today. I really enjoyed the walk!

A funny thing though.
I found this spoon.

Clearly marked, it had a date on it, 1847! (I know...that's not the date made. )

Thing is, I went from that date to a fairly fresh pocket spill.

I mean......really!? And in a cornfield!?!?

(You shoulda seen the look on my face when that first "gold coin" revealed itself! LOL!)

I find alot of those rogers bros. From what I understand they did make some solid sterling..they specialized in silver plate but I've not yet found a solid sterling
