found these at a house abandoned in the early 60's,,, found 3 in the same area,,, thought maybe something from the power pole i was under?? the all say [utd- carr fast corp. boston] not threaded but a c-clip in them,,, maybe washers for a ladder thanks all for the help

thanks for the help all!!!!! yeah i agree cloth fasteners,,, cool,, cant find those exact ones on the web but found some history on that company,,said they made fasteners for carriges ,, upholstery,, and automotive ,, it be hard to find exactly what they came off of,, but it be fun to know,, ill keep trying never know!! thanks for the id all
