My daughter Chyann & I dug this today at an early 1900's home. Any thoughts on an I.D.?

Without any reference to size, I'm guessing at a French or French colonial coin from the mid 1800s

Agreed, looks French

I can make out continental on the bottom of the reverse and an E & Z on the obverse top left

Great silver find.

il_340x270.556723181_lceh.webp 945107_b.webpIt looks like an 1870 10 centimos from Spain. They only made that design in 1870.

Cool piece of silver, I think it might be French.
