Any advice on this marker. Plz

I’m looking for advice on what this marker is saying it’s at the top of a bluff. this last one is about 20 feet below the marker.

I really like the diamond shape with the dot for a eye on the bird head thats on that rock. I would surely think that there is stuff buried on that property.

I think you are supposed to see something from looking thru this crack with a tiny rock stuck in it (stand behind it), it might resemble a eye with a pupil (the tiny rock and the open space on either side of it). not sure what it will show, but it's probably something important. Maybe an old spot, maybe a marker, I dunno.

edit: look thru it from both sides at different angles. It might give you a hint with shapes or images when you look thru it, either in the peepsite itself or on the area around the crack. kind of optical illusion type thing. There's also a skull image (another optical illusion type thing) looking down at it from behind it and just above.
