i found this in an old wood near me, its vary heavy for its size. it has started to crumble due to being thrown in a tub with the rest of my "s--t". where it is crumbled it leaves a blue green powdery residue on my hand

Its ancient bronze with bronze disease. Might be a Roman or Celtic dagger pommel

Well, the blue/green residue says it's most likely got copper in it. Beyond that, I can't help ya much. Sorry!
