I though the same thing. I am 6' 2", 260#. So needless to say I have BIG hands. It fit awesome AFTER I put the talon grips on it. I used the rubber ones, oh yeah and the Pearce grip extension helped also.

I'am glad to here that, thanks!:icon_thumright:

XDs is single stack, fits my hand well, easy to carry and conceal.... The XD is heavy fully loaded so it is my bedside protection for security...

HAHAHA Think that XD is heavy? Try my "go to" piece:

Ruger P89 DA/SA 9mm: Extended/Compensated Barrel, (picture was taken before modifying a P95 Trigger to fit), and Pachmayr Grips. One thing I can't stand is California's danged 10rd clip law. Such a waste. It is a double stack weapon with only two thirds full magazine.

WHY NOT? You could be like all the cool kids with a gat in your pocket and your pants cinched up tight around your knees!

Yeah. Its not really a concealed carry piece. I prefer to open carry it either cross-draw or on a thigh rig. Its a tank though. Never hiccuped once on me. Never jammed. Eats EVERYTHING I feed it.
