Any Russian Linguists Out There?

Hello everyone. It looks as though I’ve got almost everything out of the lot I’ve been working. I was able to find a few things along with a head scratcher.
The head scratcher is what appears to be a Soviet piece. I have no clues what it is or what the inscription says. Any help would be appreciated.
I also dug a period flat button and a couple cast brass square nails. I believe they are period to the 1820s. Also the extra small 4 hole flat flower button.

My friend a Russian and Yiddish translator said this is Yiddish. The first word hasoair meaning turbulent. The second word korosach we can’t figure the last letter Kaf appears broken at the end.
