Hey my first post! Found this on the beach today Williams An Humbert Jerez bottle bottom, can't find of its 1877 or 1977 as they were in buisness during both.
Anyone know?

If the number does refer to a year it would be the latter date, 1977. That cleft line around the base, and the double line in areas, the style and strike of the embossing, looks like a more modern bottle. Still cool to find though! You'll find something older if you keep looking, for sure.
