No its not a cannon ball... BUT... it MAY...
repeat ... MAY... be "bar shot".

A thorough cleaning in the raised area may ID this.... but seam line is off a bit from my view ... never the less the possibility exists.

I gotta agree with Creskol. I have seen plenty of bar shot and never seen any with such a pronounced seam. That extreme seam would not work well in a cannon.
