Hello Kieran. Try maybe wetting it and laying it down and take pictures on both sides. I do not think enough detail for me but if the whole coin is visible maybe someone can help you. Thanks a tonne for the posting.

William III Halfpenny, we find plenty in the UK. But, thats a good find in the US, 17th century
