That type of militaria isnt worth a whole lot. It looks to be newer and not from World War 2. I think the ribbon is a Kosovo aervice ribbon. You can get those at my local surplus store for 50 cents.

That is not a Kosovo Service Ribbon.
It is the Philippine Liberation Ribbon.
