jeff,

I might be stupid but I'm not dumb.....me think she's setting me up....and if I come back with a witty response....she's going to yell.....BANANA and go poof.....I'm getting wise to her tactics....lol.

bbcamay,

If you've got a bit of paranoia in your psyche.....you've come to the right place....just check out some of the posts in the everything else forum......every time I visit and post I've got to change my meds.......lol.

I'll see if I can find an appropriate tune for this.....I'll check my playlist and get back to you.

I dug a squashed galvanized pail about two feet deep in a rock pile in the woods once. It took me a while to get to it but it sounded better and better as I went. I thought for sure it was going to be a buried cache.

Just remember, what ever you do, don't dig past the dreaded Point of No Return.

Sometimes a soft drink can will read not as deep as it really is. If I get a good signal with my pinpointer everywhere in the hole, I quite digging at about 6 inches and figure it's an alumium can. Sometimes an alumium can that is 8 inches deep, will read 4 inches and a quarter. Just don't spend a lot of time digging, on minute for me then I move on.

Stop digging when the hole gets so deep you're not sure which way is out.

If you are really intent on digging deep targets, be sure to bring a couple days food and water. HD Happy Digging!
