This shows the Sacrifice Alter ( stone box - Slab ) the Alter has a great deal of carvings. I would assume the holes that run through the stone were used to tie down individuals. To the right of Alter is a stone tablet with two zig zag - lightening bolts carved on it. To the left of the Alter is obvious. Also note that where the alter sits appears man made circular pattern of stones of structure. This is on the west side of what I believe is an ancient Temple.
