Some of it is luck and a good part is skill persistance. Here is a few hours finds total. 1940 Jefferson nickel, 1942 Washingington Quarter. and 5 wheaties with some clad. I almost gave up on the quarter weak signal digging so helpful using a pinpointer!!! that was deep. everyrhing even the nickel was 4 inche range. ground is dry plenty of iron. thanks for looking

The nickel is a few years to old or too new. 1937 its a buffalo and 1943 it's silver. Glad you didn't give up on Mr. Washington! Grats and more luck next time out.
