So today we had an extra digging day. We stayed close to the village as there is an ancient spring in the lower field so wanted to give it a try. First out for me a beautiful livery button ๐Ÿ˜ . The signals were thick and fast today! Got an amazing mix of buttons, crotal bells, a Brightside Co operative token, chunky buckle, spoon, spindle weight, and the tiniest lead rollโ€ฆ that took some finding ๐Ÿ˜‚ . We also got some coinsโ€ฆ himself is working On the Iโ€™d. So will update, when he lets me know. I found 4, but I think he beat me on having the oldest!

We stopped at 11 and stood silently listening the the village church bells ringing for the Queens funeral. ๐Ÿฅฒ

Did you forget to post the coins pictures?
Also, "tiniest lead roll that was hard to find"? Do you have a pinpointer? It will speed up recovery time so you can dig more targets.
No, he Has the coins, so will have to wait to get pictures, will add them to the post later this week. Yes have a pin pointer, but it was still hard to find amongst the clods of earth! ๐Ÿ˜Š
