Be careful when buying even name brand detectors!

I was looking around online for a garrett pro pointer (which my mom said I could get for christmas), And I found this.

Obviously fake. Propointer for $50? GPX 500 for $1500?!?!? And I can't even tell if that yellow one is supposed to be a garrett ace something.

SO be careful when buying for what you think are discount prices, especially on ebay or craigslist, and watch out for counterfeits. Minelab and Garrett should do something about this!!!

In case it is too small for you to see, the Garrett propointer (bottom) is $49 and on the top the GPX 5000 is $1499.99 while the Garrett knockoff yellow "Metal Detector MD3010II Underground Metal Detector Treasure Hunter Professional Gold Metal Detector Metal Finder" thing sells for $108. I don't know wha the images came out so small... sorry.
