Nice ring. Without any markings, you'd need to get it tested to determine if it is silver... in which case it will probably be foreign and could be anywhere from Mexico to India. The stone looks to be a jasper. Various non-geological names are used for different colourations and patterns.

This one is often marketed as "orange imperial jasper":

Got several pieces of jewelry from my sister and not sure what they all are. Any ideas on what stone this is? I believe it is silver also.
Nice!!! Congrats!!! Any Jeweler will usually test it for free to see if it is Silver.
