🔎 UNIDENTIFIED BK Vacuum Power Break aluminum disk?

Found this in the woods at the east end of Long Island. It’s thin aluminum, broken at the bottom by smooth on the sides. Maybe a display piece? Sort of feels like the old AAA aluminum pieces people screwed to the backs of their cars.

It’s four or five inches in diameter.
