🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Brass Hanger

Good Morning, I've got another find from the farm site. I am thinking it must be some device used to hold or hang another item. Although is seems to have some iron-oxidation on the surface, it is non-magnetic. It is quite heavy for its size and a small scratch seems to show gold color, so I think it is brass. One side has three holes that would accept screws with tapered heads. I recovered this piece about 100 yards from the actual home site in an area that was probably field / garden. Can anyone suggest what this might be? Many thanks!
