✅ SOLVED BSA mystery ?

Good evening all
Mystery item found today. Rang up 28-30 on equinox . Found in my 1924 property . BSA I?m thinking Boy Scouts of America ? Has two small holes going all the way thru. Sorta of a crossed hatch pattern. Any help much appreciated
