A friend of mine sent this to me trying to figure out if this is some kind of a button or exactly what it is ! It's about the size of a US quarter, anyone ever find or seen one?

I found one in a search for Vintage button xxx L V. It says-Mid century symbol gold button love and kisses rebus? it was on Ebay.I don,t know if that helps but that,s what I found!
