A friend found this rock, we are in doubt if it could be a meteorite .. IMG_20210424_000328089_HDR~2.jpg IMG_20210423_233846205~2.jpg IMG_20210423_233813417~3.jpg IMG_20210423_235441364~2.jpg IMG_20210424_000254138_HDR~2.jpg

yes, yes, the rock was found in an uninhabited place in the forest with a metal detector. It is heavy, metallic and attracted to a magnet.I believe it is possible to see in the photographs, some common characteristics of this type of sidereal rock, but I am not an expert ...intriguing is this crystal, or quartz attached to it ... I would be happy with some light!

Hi Arthur and welcome to T-Net. I can't help you with an ID, but that is a very interesting specimen. I'm guessing someone here will be able to offer up some informed ideas.
