☄️Can this be a meteorite?☄️

I found this on the street while it was încet construction. We here in Romania bring all the construction stones from the mountains, we don’t use slag for street construction. I looked at this rock and it seemed interesting and when I heald it it was very heavy for a stone that size. I took my iPhone and using an EMF app it showed as being some tipe of iron. An iPhone can maesure EMF reading because it has a magnet inside of it. When I got home I tested with a magnet and it was atracted to it and I could even get it of the ground with the magnet. The most complinirea thing it is that one side looks like it had been melted and it has some rust imbeded in the stone and on one side it has many colors like blue, green, yellow, pink and even blue. I want to see if it is a meteorite because I know that you know.

In the photo you can’t see that well the colors but in real life they are very vibrant unde light

Welcome to the forum.

I'm afraid it has no particular features which would suggest a meteorite and the multi-coloured mineral appearance you're describing would be extremely atypical. If you are able to rule out man-made products such as slag then you likely have something igneous/volcanic and/or a rock rich in iron minerals... but terrestrial, not meteoritic.
