It looks like Hercc dropped this one and bailed. How about a hint? Where did you come across this cipher? If you want help in cracking this, there needs to be a little more information. As it is, it could be interpreted in countless disciplines. I can't help myself, I keep checking back....make it stop! It's killing me!

All right, I have no idea, what this migth illustrate, but here is my idea:
