That is an awesome record you have going. I have a sandwich bag full of non-US coins that I save for a grandson. Think I'll go look them over.

Just curious, how often do you check coinstars? I'm not addicted, I can quick anytime :)

Thanks for the kind words.

EVERYTIME we shop at Weis, WalMart or Giant (only locations around us with a CoinStar) - I check it on the way out. I figure I check around 3 times a week.
I think I may have addictive tendencies :)

Nice! I found something neat in the coinstar recently too...a key date Canadian nickel!

Never heard of "key date." Don't think I am the only one - So, I did a quick search:

"...A key date coin is an issue that boasts the lowest mintage in the series or has become the rarest coin in the series..."
