Scattered finds with a nail here and there but I'm always happy to see signs of previous life in my hunting grounds. I bet I have surpassed 50 horseshoes in three years. Only my second bridle loop and I have only found two very old rosettes. Plus I have found two stirrups, one iron and one nickel. I've found oxen and sheep bells in this area and larger cart pieces of iron. My first old brass doorknob. I will keep swinging here.
