Do they or did they ever raise potatoes in Washington? Reminds me of the prong of a potato digger that would be pulled behind a team or by a tractor if they had one and would bring the spuds to the surface to be picked up.Just a WAG! Might be something else entirely!

Im gona say that came from a old sickle bar mower. but i could be wrong. look at old sickle bar mower slide shoes
