Cool heart shaped Quartz knife

I found this one recently, I thought it had a cool shape and felt like sharing. I am guessing it is a knife? What are your thoughts? Thanks!

That is the perfect February find! Is there flaking on both sides? It almost Looks like a cordiform cor(Latin for heart) hand axe. I'm still learning so that may be way off, but it has similar characteristics.

I looked up cordiform hand axes and there was a good bit of similarity between what google images pulled up and the piece that I found. Of course I have no expertise in identifying artifacts I just love finding things, but thank you for giving me a thoughtful and accurate response.
