Hmmm, could be. I should have put something in the photo to compare size. It would fit on a woman's wrist. Curtain ring kind of makes sense, it was found close to an old resort lodge.

I agree with Taz. It looks like a turn of the century 'hob-nail' drapery ring. By chance was it found close to an area with French influence? Although the ones below do not have the clip ring, the design and era are the same.

Neat find :)

It looks very similar to a small ring I found in Italy a few years back.... Mine is copper and looks like it might have been gold plated at one time, it also has the knobs all the way around it. Not to mention a clear Christian theme too. I think yours is a bit big for a finger ring though....but maybe part of a ring /bracelet set?
