I found these together along the Delaware River in NJ across from Philadelphia. They are copper. Looks old but my first thought was modern?

That’s an interesting thought,
I’m wondering if it supposed to wrap around your wrist and be used as a leather punch? IDK
I actually wore it to a Buccaneer Ball last night! Got a lot of attention! Arrrr
