went out to a claim near barstow, there was so much black sand that i brought it home.i put a little at a time in my panning tub, then used a rare earth magnet above the water to pull it out, worked well, then i ran it though.my blue bowl ,got about 1 or 2 1/10 of a gram.fun day but a lot of work. We were out there a few weeks ago at Calico State park. A real nice old ghost town that has a campground next to it. It's one of our favorite places to stop into for a few days.
