Another holiday Season.
Another Holiday Blues.
To be brief, my Mom died on December 20th, 5 days before Christmas. 2001.
I visited her in the Hospital the day before.
We played Dominoes and I had taken a Large Hershey's candy bar to her, which we shared........
The next day, I watched her draw her last breath....

Enjoy your "Black Friday." Hope that you get that TV you want.
Score on your "Cyber Monday." Perhaps you beat out several others to get your "Deal."

But, for me, it is "Remember my Mom all year long." :notworthy:

Just one more minute, Please......
To tell her how much I love her.....

I had to co-ordinate the burial of my Mother on Christmas Eve.

Hope all have a Pleasant Holiday Season.

Scott

Scott, sorry for your loss...
I just found out that a friend of mine from high school passed away unexpectedly in Boston in front of his young daughters...
Death comes at us, sometimes we know it’s close and other times it’s a surprise.
While it’s important to remember those who pass, it’s also important to remember your still living...

How’s the winter been treating you?

No right to complain.
I have only plowed the dirt road one time. (The earlier snows had soft ground under them so I left it alone.)
Could be the least number of time(s) in a decade.

Had vacuum lines for 4WD worked on last fall and still had to lock front hubs manually after trying to plow with switch thrown to 4WD but only being in 2WD.
I probably looked a little confused spinnin along , but been there before.L.o.l..

When it gets to melting I'll play on the Cub tractor with the little Wagner bucket on it to move some snowbanks. Try to make it look like work , while actually havin fun.

Forecast looks harsh headed your way.

Had a stud below a dental crown loose since Saturday. Quite the project at the dentist but it's squared up again for now.
Multiple projects in the months ahead. The dental office might name a wing after me....Or buy a cottage.
Passing just South of me and a dusting to an inch here, maybe.

I miss the crew........

The "crew" is always "on board," Brother,
But only on another ship. Dig?

Sad that some self proclaimed "GOD" has alienated many from this thread.
I have noticed the posting rate decline of this thread since I bid adieu..........

Yet,
Cannot differences be mended?
Animosities be reconciled?
A "middle ground" achieved?

I always work and hope for positive solutions to all situations....

Be Well,
My True Friends!

Let's breathe life again into this thread!

Question:

What would your occupation be in any time period of your choice. Where and why?

The Critters WILL Rise Again! :hello2:

Best,

Scott

Oh,
And my "Treasure Tube" was FOUND!

ADDED:
Perhaps this story is worthy of an article on several "Treasure" related sites.
With Treasurenet as a main beneficiary?
Through advertising revenue? :coffee2:
Admins.......
Dig?

Let me know....
