Cut Throat Gap...by Wichita Mt's Wildlife Refuge

Is the area of the infamous "Cutt Troat Gap" part of the Wichita Mt's Wild life refuge?
Would love to hunt there with a metal detector but you know how it is...all of the good places have been comindeered by the government and placed off limites to either entry or metal detectors.
Devils Canyon south of OKC is a prime example of this!

Ok...this is pathetic...I'm replying to my own posting!!! Hahahaha
Does anyone know where "Cut Throat Gap" is located...and if it is in or out of the Wildlife Refuge?
I know somebody knows the answer to this!!!! Help a brother out! Hahahha

I believe it is located within the refuge.

Where is it located though? Would it be listed on a USGS Topo. map as " Cutt throat gap"...?
I've looked in Steve Wilson's book but can't quite pin point it.... thought it was on the west side of the reservation...
but didn't know if it was actually on gov. land or not

It's in the northwest corner of the refuge. I think part of it is on private land.
