Day 3 digging colonial trash pit produces lots of period relics 3 VA half pennies bone handle knife , shoe buckles and more

Went back to the colonial pit I found and extended it and what a day. Incredible amount of relics found between a foot and 3.5 feet deep. Beautiful shoe buckles, 3 VA half pennies , buttons, silver and pewter spoon parts, a bone handle knife or fork , nice bit boss, the 2 silver plated decorative pieces I think maybe rossettes? Any idea what animal those teeth are from ? Lead pieces possibly apothecary weights? Looks like this family had some money . Lot of work but I can get used to this way of relic hunting although I assume they are not all as fruitful.
