Have you ever experienced Déjà vu and the physical reactions that come with it occurring?
When that happens to me, it literally feels like my heart moves into my stomach region.
What exactly causes those sensations when you have a this all feels familiar to me moment ?

Yep..it's called PTSD.

I get that feeling sometimes when I go into the woods the first day of Squirrel season!
