place has great potential for Lost Gold Rings and of Course Silver, Downside The Place was Known for Snakes.
Most probably no Big Deal, But Copper Heads Get Mentioned By Locals. the last owner was very open minded.

the present has been the opposite . not sure if it's the snake deal and fear of suits,
or just anti detector.
I'm no Dog Person , But My Understanding, Dogs scare Snakes away & are easily replaceable if one gets bit by a poison snake
