Not in my book, unless you want to find tent stakes.

It depends. I dig everything in the wet, unless there is a lot of small iron pieces. Dry sand I don’t dig any minus signals. I always dig the foil sounds.

If these targets are solid lock -5 and -6. Don't even pause, keep going.
