So wanted to share this simple sluice thingy i designed for my friend who builds it is in this video also. He had some pretty curious requirements for it. It had to fit as pieces into a car, cost basically nothing... So i went by the design shown. The most costly thing would have been the small riffles we had there, but luckily i had spare that i had got gifted about 10 years ago so i donated them to him. Anyway check it out... Its not the most amazing piece of tech, but i can allready tell you it produced gold past summer:

Interesting video, sluicing not so cold, as dredging up north streams.

It appears that they could improve fine their gold capturing ability if they raised their riffle angle up a few degrees to give it more of a vortex action.

Could be right. But we used old riffles that had been made by who knows who.

The sluice would have fakegrass mat for fines. As we panned the tailings few times to see if we were losing anything, could not find a thing so we were pretty sure about the setup.

Thanks for comments keep em rolling.
