should I bury in a shallow grave? Foreign to US coins that is - which is what I'm used to seeing. There is 3 groups - showing side A and then B. I tried to place the side with a date with side A group but think I missed a few. Unfortunately, they were all
thrown together in a small metal tackle box and left there for +50 years. Some got stained from being against another coin of a different metal. Some are in very good shape. Thanks for looking!

I haven't checked each one for rare dates, but, the only ones that jump out at me being silver are the Canadian dime, and the English one shilling. The two shilling (Florin) is not though....

ok thanks guys! Cudamark good to know :icon_thumright:
We used to have a guy from Europe on this site that really knew European coins but I guess he's long gone. I've never seen most of these coins except the ones from Canada and large coppers from England and Ireland. The one from Dominican Republic is a beautiful coin (first slide, 1st row, middle coin). and looks like silver to me. I'll have to check.

Interesting coins. Some are for sure silver. Good luck on finding their values. Thanks for posting.

I found that coin is worth $35-$40 US. It is a
1957 Dominican Republic Medio 1/2 peso 12.5 gramos coin or .900 Silver 12.5g Coin
