✅ SOLVED Dodge right hand drive farm truck - info?

This is another mystery from the old family farm machinery pile. The sill plate tag says the model is DE2-2 6 but I can't find any information on this right hand drive stake truck It has the hood that folds up on the side. It is in rough shape but I took a few photos to help.

I agree. This design allowed delivery drivers to exit curbside, instead of stepping into busy traffic. That Dodge “boilerplate” is terrific. Definitely take care of that!

Thanks! A little older than I would have guessed. Hard to tell with the hood shrubbery. An old flathead 6. Very reliable for its day, and possibly a little hard to start in Nova Scotia winters.

The only flathead 6 I owned was in a forklift. Just purred away, never a drop of oil, just a little dust on the engine from running around. There was a dime sitting on the head, sat there for 8 yrs never moved.

Many of them were sweet-running motors. I’m a big fan.
