Hello everybody, I am new to this forum and wanted to ask you if you know what it is that I found. I found it in a river in Switzerland.

Thanks!

Welcome to the Tnet forums from Toronto joerib.
My first thought was the same as Tamrock, it's likely just a blob of melted aluminum.

Rub your thumb back and forth on it to see if it leaves a dark streak on the skin.
Smell it and if it has the sulphur/egg smell then it's silver, if just a metallic smell then probably aluminum.
(clarification silver meaning sterling .925)
