I just about got my mill finally put together.
Jaw crusher, conveyors crushed rock to stutenroth impact mill, which will dump onto my classifier system, before dumping onto my mount baker mining and metals 4x8 shaker table.
My snag is getting the ore slurry from the impact crusher up to my classifier system. The impact crusher will run wet, so it’s coming out the bottom as a slurry.
I’ve been experimenting with several small home made dredge nozzles. Ive been using 3/4” pipe. I need about a 5 gal/minute feed rate of the ore slurry. The lift is about 40” from the bottom of the ore slurry bin up to the classifier box.
The best nozzle I’ve made is out of 3/4” copper, with 1/8” copper for the power jet.
The water supply is powered by an old 240v irrigation pump.
It’s just not quite working yet. I guess I need more pressure?
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any tips!
