Decided to dig at an old elementary school today. It was built in the 30’s, and is being renovated inside and out. It’s a tough place spend any length of time at peacefully. Its located on a street corner with no tree cover, next to a dinner, and apartment complex

In between lung fulls of hot dry air & dust, I managed to dig $2.86 in clad, including a 1956 wheat, and 1 earring with the Vanquish 440.
I’m horrified that I’m finding 40 year old coins 8-10 inches deep at this place.

Time dilation, I was digging 40 years in the future when this strike will be valuable lol đź‘˝

-Probably covered over, I think part of the old school was demolished and buried pit style where I was. I was finding lots of broken brick and thick glass at 8-12.
