Been itching to get out with the 600. I only had a few opportunities last season to poke a round with it and really haven't a clue what it may be trying to tell me. Today, I went over an old front yard permission for about an hour..........



I was concentrating on deep, high, faint tones. The yard gave up 10 cents that were 8 to 10" down. I think I may have coppers figured out........
The Flying Eagle was a shocker.......sure wish it had a date!!

Great job Ill tell ya that is a deep machine I made a test garden that helped alot. I like that flying cent thats a cool find. You two will be speaking fluently before you know it. Well done Tommy

Thanks, Tommy. I did do some testing last summer with Pathfinder. We dug 6" plugs and ran our various machines over gold & silver jewelry, silver and clad coins, copper and brass coins and some typical trash. (I couldn't convince Pathfinder100 to put the gold coin he won at our coin show raffle in the ground !) I'm still tinkering with settings, which is ALL new to me. I appreciate your confidence in my interpretive abilities.......we'll see soon. I've acquired 30+ permissions for this season, including 7 old farms...........now, if I can just find the time!!
