ever see a salt water snowglobe?

Never heard of one much less seen one. What is it exactly?

it is an elect. light fixture-base is usually brass if used in salt air area-and the glass globe unscrews from this to get to the bulb.

I've never seen a salt water snow globe. That is a very interesting find.
