Just an FYI, if someone bids/wins your auction and does not pay AND you open a case against them...wait the few days, close the case you can no longer leave feedback for them. So, leave FB before closing the case. Even though it has to be "positive" I usually try to leave info in the FB so other sellers may know what they are up against. Crappy people! I had like 12 bidders and it sold for $727 and of course by the time you wait for payment and fart around for a week opening a case no one wants the second chance offer. Ugh! I did a buy-it-now on it and sold for $665 so it ended up ok but the next bidder below the low-life was at $725. It was a watch.

I don't leave "negative" positive feedback. It could come back to bite you. Buyers can see feedback you've left for others. I would just block the guy. (and pm me his name, cuz I sell watches, although not really $700 ones!)

I try to leave a truthful "bid, no pay" type of FB. I haven't left any to buyers that made returns or I gave partial refunds, just the ones that didn't pay with no contact. If a buyer is turned off by that I guess it'd be because they could be like that? Or want to bid and not buy?

Nothing wrong with leaving false positive fb for non paying buyers. Yes, leave it before you close the unpaid item case. Good advice for those who may not know.
