Looks like it's: WA&F CRY? Probably a RR or Trolly Button.

I looked around a bit and found reference to Washington Arlington & Falls Church Railway.
It was an electric trolley at the turn of the 1900s in Virginia if it corresponds. I did not find any reference to the buttons as of yet
