I hope someone can help identify some of these items. The brass belt buckle has no markings that I can see.
Is the Marvel Comics button old or collectible? It seems to be brass.
I have 2 photos of what appears to be some kind of buckle with a horses head on it. Any ideas what it is?
The Merc dime was found in the same area, but I put it on for reference beside what I think is some kind of button. This is really heavy and seems to be lead or another heavy metal. Any ideas on any of this would be helpful.
The little bell looks like some kind of sleigh bell from a horses bridle.
Thank you.

The 4 hole button may be from Bruce Banner's pants.

On a more serious note, that's a fantastic crotal bell.

I didn't realize that it is called a crotal bell. I assume it was attached to a horse bridle?

Great recoveries, congrats!

Bridle goes on the head/face.
A bell there would not garner affection from the wearer. Elsewhere on the harness perhaps.
On the collar or even mounted to wood.

The heavy lead disk is a hem weight or dress weight. Probably a dress weight since it seems rather large.

Your buckle with horse head and shoe is a suspender part.

Thank you on the dress weight. I had no idea what it was. Are they pretty common?

Thank you for the ID on the suspender part.

Yes they are. I find them fairly often but never one that big personally. I'm sure someone on here knows everything about them so post in the "what's it" section if you want more info.
