That's a great blower for deeper areas. You'll have to throttle lightly if you don't want to blow away all your targets in shallower water. Great setup! Good luck in your hunting. 8-)

I figure it won't take much throttle I got a 408 stroker sitting about 500 horsepower under my wheelhouse but if I'm a little bit deeper this thing should act like the damn death star with a beam of water going down when I rev that f***** up to 7,500 RPMs hahaha

You might consider a cage over the inlet of that blower. They are required by most all operators. Keeps people and debris out of the prop. anchored up with 3 or 4 anchors with some line around the wheel is a very helpless position to be in.
Please be sure to get video of that high-revving experience and post it here.
I have seen and paid for the damage that propwash can do to mailboxes.... The last two blowers that I saw that were of an unusual design lasted less than a minute under power. Mine are 3/16ths thick and came off of Mel Fisher's Bookmaker. They could only stand 1800 rpm from 2 3208 Cats (325 hp) for about 2 minutes. Tore up a lot of equipment. If I ever build another set they will be 0.25 aluminum .
I would politely suggest an abundance of caution. The density of water magnifies every stressor.
