🔎 UNIDENTIFIED First Flat Button. Back mark? Lemon juice Or Leave it Alone?

I can barely see an “A N“ and maybe a “O“ in the opposite side. Maybe “warrANted“?

Any experts on back marks? Guesses to age? Would lemon juice/ vinegar hurt or help in reading the lettering?

you can get a close date by construction of the shank . dry rubbing with a tooth pick to clean up back mark , some times the liquid treatments make things worse . click on chart to enlarge. my guess is 1812-1820
